I am thankful for or that

  1. Having fruit for breakfast.
  2. Having leftovers for lunch.
  3. Our van.
  4. A sunny day.
  5. The Turbulence Training Members’ Fourms.
  6. Hot water for showers.
  7. Our stationary bike.
  8. My Iron Gym.
  9. Holosync.
  10. My headphones.

I acknowledge myself for

  1. Working out.
  2. Doing laundry.
  3. Making sure there was food cooked for dinner.
  4. Helping the boys get their dinner served.
  5. Keeping this journal.
  6. Listening to 30+ minutes of personal development material.
  7. Reading 10+ pages of a personal development book, Mindset.
  8. Putting away food after dinner.
  9. Spraying down the shower w/ Scrubbing Bubbles.
  10. Taking a shower before bed.
