I am thankful for or that

  1. A new year to continue your my journey.
  2. LEB cooking breakfast.
  3. LEB going on a walk with me.
  4. Our working washer and dryer.
  5. CIB going over to a friend’s house to play.
  6. GAB entertaining MJB.
  7. Inspiration gleaned from watching The Biggest Loser reruns on Bravo.
  8. GAB continuing to feel better.
  9. Fresh water.
  10. Green tea.

I acknowledge myself for

  1. Taking a walk.
  2. Beginning another Eat Stop Eat 24 hour fast.
  3. Drinking plenty of water.
  4. Doing several loads of laundry.
  5. Changing the sheets in the master bedroom.
  6. Swishing-n-swiping the master bath.
  7. Changing out the towels in the master bedroom.
  8. Limiting the amount of football I watched.
  9. Listening to Holosync’s The Dive for a 3rd day in a row.
  10. Reading 10+ pages of personal development material.
