  1. I like that you write out your acknowledgements as well as your gratitude list. That’s awesome!

Two of my all-time favorite books are The Power of Positive Thinking by Norman Vincent Peale and As A Man Thinketh by James Allen. And my two favorite website for personal development are http://www.morningcoach.com and http://www.stevepavlina.com. What have been some of your favorite books and other materials?

    Regards,
    Denise

  2. We all need to be grateful for the things we have in our life. Even what seem to be small in the grand scheme of things.

  3. @Successforrealpeople – Some of my favorite personal development books are Think and Grow Rich a Black Choice, ( the original, too ) Live Your Dreams, The Magic of Thinking Big, The Magic of Believing, The Four Hour Work Week, How to Win Friends and Influence People, and Developing the Leader Within You. I’ve read lots of Steve Pavlina’s work on his website. I don’t think I’ve ever been to morningcoach.com. I’m also a big fan of Michael Clouse at nexera.com and Jerry Clark at clubrhino.com.

  4. @Candace – Yes the little things are so important even something as simple as the cry of a hawk which I wrote about the other day. We’ve got to be thankful for what we have before the we can receive more.

Also, it’s important the recognize the little things that we do. Often scarcity thinking manifests itself in the ideas that we’re not good enough, not doing enough, not disciplined enough, etc. A cure is to focus on what we are doing, where we are consistent etc. I got the idea for this dual gratitude journal from Teresa Romain at accessabundance.com
