I am thankful for or that

  1. I had a light work load yesterday.
  2. A warm, sunny, Spring day.
  3. Beautiful flowers, trees, yards and houses to look at while walking.
  4. Quiet, low traffic neighborhoods to walk through.
  5. The bench swing under a tree in our back yard.
  6. Tennis balls to throw for our dog, Shadow, to chase.
  7. That MJB walked home safely even though he wasn’t supposed to walk home.
  8. Left overs for dinner.
  9. The checks I ordered finally came.
  10. GAB taking a mis-delivered package down the street to a neighbor.

I acknowledge myself for

  1. Being consistent by listening to 30+ minutes of personal development material.
  2. Being consistent by reading 10+ pages of personal development material.
  3. Focusing on health and taking a 40+ minute walk.
  4. Being health focused by doing Hindu push-ups, Hindu squats and back bridges.
  5. Being health focused by doing abdominal exercises.
  6. Relaxing and reading in the swing in the back yard.
  7. Being helpful by folding clothes.
  8. Being family focused by making sure CIB and MJB got to bed at a decent hour.
  9. Being disciplined and getting my hours entered into the time keeping system.
  10. Being disciplined and getting all my change requests closed out for work.
