I am thankful for or that

  1. Leftover chicken and salad for dinner.
  2. Being able to pick up GAB from color guard practice after school.
  3. That CIB and MJB walked home safely from school.
  4. That LEB got home safely from work.
  5. Having plenty of clothes to choose from daily.
  6. Having an abundance of bath towels.
  7. Clean water for drinking, washing dishes and clothes, bathing.
  8. Electricity.
  9. High speed internet.
  10. My cell phone.

I acknowledge myself for

  1. Getting more organized with regard to my consulting work.
  2. Being consistent by taking a walk.
  3. Being consistent by listening to 30+ minutes of personal development material.
  4. Being consistent by reading 10+ pages of personal development material.
  5. Being health focused by doing Hindu push-ups, Hindu squats and bridges.
  6. Being health focused by drinking lots of water.
  7. Being helpful by picking up GAB from school.
  8. Focusing on abundance and gratitude with this journal.
  9. Being consistent by keeping this journal.
  10. Being disciplined by working until 2030.
