1. LEB buying dinner for us and GAB’s friend JC, who is moving back to the Dominican Republic, at East China Buffet.
2. Clean, cool, water to drink.
3. Breezes on a hot day.
4. The Greenville Transit Authority.
5. That I can walk.
6. Being pain free.
7. Medical insurance
8. Hamster time tracking software.
9. Electricity.
10. Ubuntu Linux.

I acknowledge myself for

1. Keeping track of my time for work.
2. Going to dinner w/ family and friends.
3. Reading 10+ pages of a personal development book, Leaving America.
4. Listening to 30+ minutes of personal development material from http://www.nexera.com.
5. Doing laundry.
6. Taking my breakfast and lunch to work instead of eating out.
7. Taking a couple of walking breaks during the day.
8. Working diligently on help desk tickets at work.
9. Going to sleep early.
10. Keeping this journal.
